MAD SERVICES

Keep the experience working after opening day.

Support starts with understanding what the system is meant to do. Mad helps teams diagnose issues, maintain the installation and plan appropriate updates, with service arrangements matched to the venue and the installed system.

SUPPORT & SYSTEM EVOLUTION

What this brings to your project.

Understand the issue

Use the available logs, configuration records and remote access to narrow down the cause. Some faults require inspection or measurement on site.

Maintain the installation

Plan software maintenance, component replacement and recovery procedures around the system and operating schedule.

Prepare the next change

Assess compatibility before a refresh, and identify the content, hardware and commissioning work a new capability will need.

  • Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting where access is available.
  • On-site support and field service by agreement.
  • Maintenance planning and configuration backups.
  • Software updates and compatibility review.
  • Spare-parts strategy and component refresh planning.
  • Training, documentation updates and support handover.

Response arrangements, monitoring coverage and maintenance responsibilities are defined in the support agreement. Long service life depends on ongoing care, supported software and planned component refreshes; it does not mean every original component lasts indefinitely.
